We’re Patrick and Emily Daniel. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, we created a life by our own design on the Florida Gulf Coast by flipping houses. We are on a mission to help other people do the same.
Square One Flipping was created to help people achieve their goals through real estate. We flip houses for a living - and coach other people on how to do it too!
